Operations Specialist for Premium Italy departmentJoin the DMC with over a hundred years of history in Italian tourism.In shortPosition: Operations SpecialistQualifiche, competenze e l'esperienza necessaria per questo ruolo sono disponibili nella descrizione completa riportata di seguito.Department: Premium ItalyWhere: RomeContract type: Full timeOperations Coordinator will be responsible for handling reservations and supporting the Travel Designers of the Premium Italy team in delivering seamless experiences.This role includes managing bookings with suppliers, coordinating services, and ensuring operational excellence across multiple destinations.ResponsibilitiesManage service requests and bookings for premium clients (transfers, tours, guides, tickets, and other services).Confirm reservations and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.Support Travel Designers in the operational phase of their itineraries.Monitor service execution to ensure flawless customer experience.Keep booking information updated in company systems.Collaborate with the team to optimize processes and improve service quality.QualificationsLanguages: Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken) and Spanish.
