Within the **Automation business area**, we are looking for a **Quality Certification Manager (Safety Manager)** for our office in **Genoa.** This role will be responsible for executing the Safety Management process for Products and Programs of the Automation Business Unit throughout their entire life cycle. **The person will be responsible for the following activities:** * Verify the adherence of technical, managerial, and operational processes to regulatory standards, procedures, and applicable/defined plans. * Verify that requirements are checked and validated, according to adequate methods and procedures prepared for the purpose. * Ensure the flow-down of contractual requirements to sub-suppliers and, where required, participate in the acceptance of supplies. * Ensure the correct execution of after-sales assistance activities, allowing the issuance, where required, of certificates of conformity. * Oversee the analysis of recurring and/or critical non-conformities of products/services in the field, to identify the necessary actions for their resolution.
* Participate in the bidding phase by identifying applicable Safety requirements and providing required contributions (cost estimate, possible criticalities, etc.). * Participate in program/project IPTs starting from the Kick Off and manage the entire Safety Management process, following its various phases from design to verification and validation in order to issue product certification. **Education:** High School Diploma (preferably technical) or Master's Degree in STEM disciplines. **Required Experience Level:** Expert: 3 to 5 years of experience. **Technical Skills:** * Knowledge of ISO9001:2015 standards. * Knowledge of full-lifecycle project management. * Ability to monitor and control the progress of programs to achieve objectives. * Ability to analyze/define Safety requirements. * Ability to perform product Safety Assessment and produce all necessary technical documentation for Safety Certification. **Computer Skills:** MS Office, main CAD/CAM applications. **Behavioral Skills:** * Excellent relationship and communication skills. * Structured and methodological approach, ability to synthesize. * Attitude to planning, efficiency, problem-solving, and continuous improvement. * Leadership and authority to spread the culture of expected quality to other company functions. * Business integrity. **Language Skills:** * English (B2 level or higher). * Knowledge of French or German will be considered a plus. **Other (e.g., Availability for Travel/Specific Certifications required):** * Availability for national and, if necessary, international travel.
