OverviewIn this role you drive the evolution of Technogym products by optimizing the customer journey and user experience for end-users and professionals. You will lead a multidisciplinary team from concept to roadmap and coordinate development, launch, and communication. You’ll collect real-user feedback, analyze competitors, and align internal and external resources to deliver valuable product concepts. The position focuses on market-driven decisions, pricing, and successful launches in a global, health-focused company. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to shape products that support Technogym’s mission and growth.

Lead multidisciplinary team from concept to development for product conceptsDefine product specs and roadmap for incremental developmentDefine product launch and communications strategyGather user input through real-context interviews and feedbackAnalyze competitors and consolidate requests from internal stakeholdersCoordinate internal departments and external partners in product creationVerify product concepts with customers and assess perceived valueDefine pricing, volumes, and evolution of feature developmentEnsure timely production of specifications and development materialsAssess trade-offs on specs, time, and costsPlan and coordinate product launch with Marketing, Communication, and other departmentsPrepare effective communication materials for sales and customers
