OverviewIn this role, you drive plant performance by implementing Ferrero Operational Excellence and Smart Factory initiatives. You act as a change agent, partnering with plant referents to define and roll out improvement plans and training. You coach teams through train-the-trainer methodologies and report progress of initiatives and audits. You also lead the Smart Factory deployment, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. You manage people and foster communication across line managers to empower teams and sustain performance.

Responsabilità

Manage Ferrero Operational Excellence rollout at the Plant and act as change agent for continuous improvementDefine deployment plans for Ferrero Operational Excellence initiatives and conduct related trainingsCoach Plant referents on methodologies using train-the-trainer concepts and ensure accountabilityConsolidate and report progress of plant initiatives, trainings,



and auditsLead or support Smart Factory rollout, monitor progress, and report status to ensure strategic alignmentManage the area’s people, uphold a value-based management system, motivate and develop competenciesPromote cascading communication through line managers to teams at the plant

Requisiti fondamentali

Master in Engineering or related fieldsolid and consolidated experience in Continuous Improvement/Lean Manufacturingstrong communication skills in Italian and Englishexcellent interpersonal skills and ability to guide diverse groupsstrong communicationinterpersonal skillsability to guide heterogeneous groupsLean ManufacturingContinuous Improvement methodologiesFerrero Operational Excellence (train-the-trainer)
