Our products guarantee high performance, are energy efficient and environmentally sustainable. ### Position *This position directly reports to the Group Purchasing Manager.* Dealing with the assigned categories: * Negotiates **purchasing agreements** with suppliers (**prices**, **delivery terms**, **terms&conditions;)** * Defines **supply shares** and relevant supply strategies * Plays the role of **Category Manager for the assigned categories** defining tactics and strategy * Proposes different ideas geared to product & management cost reduction * Collaborates with the Plants worldwide to **share best supply conditions** in order to achieve cost reduction * Monitors the **performance** of the suppliers in term of delivery,
quality and implement improvement plan * Searches for **alternative products** and/or **suppliers** * Qualifies new suppliers in accordance with internal process * Visits and **audits suppliers** with supplier quality team * Coordinates the yearly **projects** assigned * Manages the prices discrepancy between order and invoice ### Requirements * **English** is a must * Strong **negotiation skills** and **analytical method** * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * *Electronic background is a plus* * Share the values of the **Carel Culture Code!** ### Other information **What we offer** * **Work-life balance**: remote working and flexitime * **On-boarding program** and **continuing training** * **Company** **welfare**: company canteen, life insurance, welfare platform, company bonus, contributions to school expenses * **Carel BoostCamp**, a three-year training course for new hires under the age of 30, aimed at developing transversal skills, such as project management, cross cultural communication and problem solving CAREL applies the Italian National Collective Labour Agreement "Metalmeccanica Industria". The reference gross annual fixed salary (RAL) range for this position is between €28,000 and €30,000. The overall compensation package will also include: - Individual performance premio (MBO); - Company performance premio (Premio di Risultato), linked to collective results and subject to applicable favorable tax regulations; - Additional welfare and agevolazioni programs where provided under the applicable company policies and/or contractual arrangements. The actual compensation offered will be determined on gender-neutral criteria based on the candidate's qualifications, professional experience, seniority and skills. For candidates:
