catworkx Italy seeks an experienced Business Program Manager to launch and drive a focused churn reduction program within a subscription business. You will coordinate multiple workstreams, align stakeholders, and help leadership make clear, timely decisions.

The role combines program management with commercial judgment, moving from economics of retention initiatives to practical delivery across teams. English fluent; German a plus.

Hybrid workplace: Client site 3 days a week in Munich, Germany.
