You will lead collaboration with the Global Media Agency to develop briefs and elevate market performance.

Responsabilità

- Provide strategic guidance to local markets, aligning media plans with the Global Media Framework and business goals
- Analyze global campaign results to identify trends and best practices, driving optimization and ROI
- Collect and consolidate marketing and media plans from all markets to give HQ a centralized view
- Bridge HQ brand teams,



digital departments, and local leads to ensure a unified media approach
- Lead relationship with the Global Media Agency to develop, implement, and refine the global media brief

Requisiti fondamentali

- 7+ years in media management, ideally in a top-tier international agency or large multinational
- 360-degree understanding of the media landscape with emphasis on Digital Media and performance-driven strategies
- Strong analytical ability to translate data into actionable insights and executive summaries
- International mindset with experience managing diverse stakeholders across regions
- Advanced knowledge of digital media measurement tools and bidding platforms
- Fluent in English
- Proven track record managing large-scale, multi-channel budgets
