When these Heart Failure patients continue to decline despite being on optimum pharmaceutical therapy, they lose hope.
CCM therapy is an FDA Breakthrough designated solution that is minimally invasive and gives hope back to these patients. This is not a job, it is a MISSION to help the nearly one million patients (in the United States alone) who are struggling with heart failure and qualify for CCM therapy. This requires a team of the best medical device and therapy awareness representatives in the world to educate the cardiology community.

Leadership of the Sales Process in the Territory. Management of the promotional budget assigned to the Territory Management of Sales Agents and Distributors acting in designated territory.
Accountable for the sales development within his/her designated territory Opens new implanting centers and develops additional at existing centers within his/her designated territory. Establishing and developing stable, long-term customer relationships Bachelor's degree or alternative medical training required. Advanced degree in engineering or business preferred.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in Italian Good oral and written English skills Knowledge and at least 10 years' experience in the medical device/pharma sector, cardiac device business preferred Proven ability to develop new business and maintain strong business relationships Strong strategic and analytical mindset, with the ability to identify market opportunities and translate them into actionable business plans Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and key internal and external stakeholders Strong negotiation, influencing and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with physicians, healthcare professionals and other key decision-makers Our recruiting promise is a candidate experience that's enjoyable, thorough, and fair.
