Purpose

This hybrid position combines field surveying leadership with CAD drafting responsibilities to support accurate and timely project delivery.



The role performs survey fieldwork; processes collected data and creates detailed CAD drawings to support engineering and construction projects. This position bridges the gap between field operations and office production, ensuring smooth communication and quality deliverables.

Responsibilities

Leadership and Direction
- Lead and coordinate daily field survey activities, assigning tasks to crew members and ensuring work is completed safely and accurately.
- Serve as the primary liaison between field crews, project managers, and office staff.
- Maintain and care for survey instruments, vehicles, and field equipment.

At The Operational And Company Level

Field Survey Operations
- Conduct topographic, boundary, construction staking, and other land surveys using GPS, robotic total stations, and conventional survey equipment.
- Verify accuracy of collected field data, identifying and resolving discrepancies on site.
- Follow all safety protocols, maintain daily logs, and ensure compliance with OSHA and company requi
