Job Overview
As a Software Sales Consultant – BMS Partner Channel, you will be responsible for driving growth of Honeywell's building software portfolio through our network of Building Management System (BMS) channel partners across Italy.
You will work closely with distributors, system integrators and end customers to identify digital transformation opportunities and accelerate adoption of Honeywell's connected building solutions and software offerings. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will help partners position software solutions that deliver measurable operational, sustainability and business outcomes.
The successful candidate combines strong consultative selling skills with software expertise and the ability to build long-term relationships across the partner ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
Drive Software Revenue Growth
• Deliver annual software bookings and recurring revenue targets within the Italian market.
• Develop and execute a software growth strategy aligned with regional business objectives.
• Build and maintain a qualified software opportunity pipeline through partners and end customers.
• Identify new business opportunities, competitive displacement opportunities and expansion opportunities within the installed base.
Partner Development and Enablement
• Develop strategic relationships with key BMS channel partners, distributors and system integrators.
• Enable partners to identify, qualify and pursue software-led opportunities.
• Conduct partner workshops, sales training sessions and business reviews.
• Support partners in developing software-led go-to-market strategies and customer engagement plans.
Customer Discovery and Value Selling
• Engage jointly with partners and end customers to understand business challenges, operational needs and strategic priorities.
