Job Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities• Preparation and follow-up of quotations in close cooperation with Cost Engineering and Sales
• Active support and development of existing customer relationships through personal visits, virtual meetings and telephone communication as well as CRM-supported activities
• Support in acquiring new customers and identifying additional business opportunities with existing customers
• Management and follow-up of customer inquiries and projects through to successful implementation
• Coordination of all sales-related activities with internal departments and production sites to ensure timely customer support
• Support with contracts, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), supplier evaluations and other sales-related processes
• Maintenance and further development of customer, sales and project data in CRM and ERP systems
• Participation in customer and project meetings and close cooperation with internal teams to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction




• Analysis of sales KPIs and preparation of meaningful reports
• Back-up support for the Sales or Account Manager during absences and ensuring continuous customer support

Job Requirements

What You Bring• Professional Qualifications
• Successfully completed commercial/vocational training or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in internal sales / sales support
• Confident use of MS Office and ideally experience with CRM and ERP systems
• Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
• You stand out through
• Strong customer orientation and enjoyment in building long-term business relationships
• Strong communication skills and a professional manner
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate several topics simultaneously
• Analytical and solution-oriented thinking
• Initiative, team spirit and a pragmatic hands-on mentality
