XMASTER FITNESS is looking for a Video Producer & Editor based in Ancona to create content for our European audience. We’re looking for someone who can turn fitness equipment, training, and the people behind our brand into videos that feel relevant and natural to viewers in Europe.

What you’ll do
• Plan shots that show each product’s design, details, and use clearly.
• Film products and demonstrations using your own approach to framing, lighting, camera movement, and pacing.
• Bring a distinctive shooting style and a strong sense of how sports equipment should look on camera.
• Edit product showcases and short-form videos for LinkedIn, Instagram, our website, and other channels.
• Handle color, sound, captions, and final versions for each platform.




• Work with our product and marketing teams to make sure the videos are both visually compelling and accurate.
• Adapt the visual style and storytelling for audiences across European markets.

What we’re looking for
• Practical experience in video production and editing, supported by a portfolio or showreel.
• A strong eye for composition, storytelling, and the details that make a video feel polished.
• Familiarity with video formats for platforms such as Instagram and YouTube.
• Experience creating content for sports goods, fitness, or a related industry is preferred; around 1–2 years of relevant experience would be ideal.
