This role is hybrid and requires 2 days a week on-site in our Milan office.
Summary
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Global Assistant Brand & Product Manager to support our global brands across product development, brand management, marketing and business analysis.
This role will help bring seasonal collections to market, coordinate marketing activities and turn sales data and market insights into practical recommendations.
Working with colleagues and partners around the world, the role helps ensure that products and communications reflect each brand’s identity and positioning.
Join our global team at our headquarters in Milan, reporting directly to the Global Brand Director. Work closely with Design, Product Development, Planning and Sales teams, as well as creative and PR agencies, affiliates and partners. The role includes regular collaboration with colleagues in Hong Kong and the United States.
Responsibilities
• Product Development: Coordinate with the Product Development team in Hong Kong and the Design team to help keep seasonal collections on schedule.
• Collection Planning: Use sales analysis, market feedback and brand objectives to support product briefs for new collections.
• Product Setup: Create and maintain product, display and packaging codes for new collections in Oracle and PIM.
