Purpose
The role is a key driver of Vibram Fivefingers growth, profit, and long-term strategic goals.
The mission is to provide strategic, sales, planning and process leadership to drive growth and mutual profitability throughout the whole sales organization (on line and off line).
For this role, you must be a proactive strategic thinker, an excellent communicator and an influencer. This leadership role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans and fostering strong relationships with the Regional Heads of Sales, with key clients and stakeholders.The d positioning and volume driving actions.
