Green Factory Noschese Italia S.r.l. is a joint venture between Green Factory and the Noschese Farming Group, combining advanced agricultural expertise with international market access. The company specializes in the production of fresh baby leaf vegetables, including rocket, lamb's lettuce and baby spinach, serving customers across Europe.
The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our Italian leadership team.
This is a unique opportunity to combine the responsibilities of a senior finance leader, business partner and Management Board Member within a growing international agrifood business.
Reporting directly to the Group CFO and working closely with the local CEO, you will play a key role in financial governance, business performance management and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Business Partnering & Performance Management
• Partner with the CEO and shareholders on strategic and operational decisions
• Deliver insightful financial analysis to support profitable growth
• Monitor profitability, product margins and operational performance
• Drive budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes
• Support investment appraisal and CAPEX monitoring
Financial Management & Governance
• Ensure high-quality financial reporting to the Group
• Manage liquidity, cash flow and working capital
• Oversee compliance with Group financial policies and controls
• Support audit, governance and statutory requirements
