Brooks are looking for a Customer Support Engineer (m/f/d) who will act as the frontline element of the customer relationship for Brooks customers, being the key to ensure product line performance at relevant customer sites.
If you have a technical education along with practical work experience in the field of automated technology, a practical and self-driven approach, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ambition to progress within a global company, this could be the role for you
Your Responsibilities.
• Performs on-site servicing, corrective maintenance, installation and qualification of company product(s), primarily in cleanroom environments.
• Conducts test procedures to ensure proper product performance, and diagnoses problems at installation.
• Implements upgrades and hardware/software change orders.
• Trouble-shoot complex technical hard-ware and software issues at customer sites and liaise with the Brooks factory to resolution.
• Provides technical support / remote technical support to customers on operational or maintenance aspects of system equipment.
• Serves as customer contact on technical and service-related problems.
