Key Responsibilities
• Manage and optimize build systems, toolchains, and automated workflows.
• Support developers in software integration, build troubleshooting, and release activities.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python and Shell scripting.
• Manage software packaging, release processes, and release notes.
• Experience in creating and maintaining custom Yocto layers, recipes, and BSP integrations.
• Familiarity with Linux distribution customization, package management, and root filesystem generation.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve software quality, testing, and deployment practices.
• Contribute to software configuration management and version control strategies.
Mandatory Requirements
• Experience in Embedded Linux environments.
• Experience with Python and Bash/Shell scripting.
• Experience with CMake and Conan 2.
• Knowledge of C++ (C++11 or newer) and object-oriented software development (for diagnostic purpose) .
• Knowledge of Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Familiarity with cross-compilation environments and embedded toolchains.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and DevOps practices.
• Experience with issue tracking and source code management tools (Jira, Bitbucket, GitHub, or similar).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in software build automation and CI/CD environments
• Knowledge of Jenkins and pipeline development (Groovy)
• Experience with unit testing frameworks and test automation.
• Experience with release management and software delivery processes.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker).
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
