Street Smash Burgers was born in Lisbon in 2024 with a simple idea: going back to the roots of the burger with quality product and the smash technique. 100% beef, an open kitchen and a casual, authentic atmosphere. Today we’re growing across 35 restaurants in 4 countries, and we’re looking for people with the drive to learn, energy and rhythm to grow with us.
The role
You’ll lead Street’s restaurants in the Rome area: hitting goals, keeping quality high and building strong teams as we grow in the city.
What you’ll do
• Lead daily operations across Rome-area restaurants
• Drive sales, profitability and customer satisfaction KPIs
• Control food cost, labour cost and operating expenses
• Ensure quality, hygiene and HACCP standards
• Recruit, train and develop Store Managers and teams
• Support new restaurant openings
• Analyse reports and set action plans with HQ teams





Who we’re looking for
Must-have
• 3+ years as Area or District Manager (restaurants or multi-site retail)
• Proven leadership of large, multi-site teams
• Results focus and strong data analysis skills
• Advanced Excel
• Availability to travel across Rome-area restaurants · Category B licence
• Professional working proficiency in English

Nice-to-have
• Degree in Business, Management or related field
• QSR / fast casual experience
• Start-up or fast-growth chain experience
• Professional working proficiency in Spanish
