Executive Assistant & Project Coordinator

Fortela is looking for a highly organized, proactive and versatile profile to support founder Alessandro Squarzi while working across the business on key projects and brand activations. This is a hybrid role combining executive assistance with project coordination, designed for someone who can seamlessly move between managing priorities at a personal level and contributing to the execution of cross-functional initiatives within the company.

Key responsibilities:

• Executive Support (Founder): Manage Alessandro Squarzi’s agenda, travel and daily priorities, acting as a key point of coordination and ensuring smooth organization of both professional and selected personal activities.

• Project Coordination: Support and coordinate transversal projects across departments (product, retail, ecommerce, logistics), ensuring alignment, timelines and effective communication.

• Events & Special Projects:



Oversee the organization of in-store events, brand activations and collaborations, including vendor coordination, logistics and on-site execution.

• Shooting & Content Production: Coordinate the planning and execution of editorial and campaign shoots, managing external partners (photographers, videomakers, talents) and all related logistics.

• Operational & Office Support: Contribute to the day-to-day organization of the office and support selected administrative and operational processes.

Profile:
• Highly organized, detail-oriented and hands-on
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent in English
• Flexible, proactive and solution-driven mindset
