Role Overview
The BWS Special Projects Unit oversees BWS’s long-standing projects while leading the development andpre-production of new show formats, emotional masterplanning,
and attractionconcepts. The Unit operates across multiple disciplines, including:
- Liveevents and ceremonies
- Ticketedshows, based on original IP
- Architectureand design of theatres and public spaces
- Temporaryand permanent artistic installations and exhibitions
We nurture each project from itsearliest conceptual stage, guiding it from an abstract opportunity into a fullyrealized production. Through a step-by-step process, we transform visionaryideas into tangible, impactful experiences.
The Project Manager works inclose collaboration with the Headof Production and the Executive Producer , supporting theoverall planning, production and management of the projects assigned to theSpecial Projects Unit. This role is central to the management of all operational, logistical, andfinancial aspects of each project, ensuring that schedules, budgets, andquality standards are met.
