About the RoleThe role supports the Sales organisation in ensuring profitable and sustainable market share and sales growth within a defined customer group, while considering brand image in key categories and the target group. It acts as the first and reliable point of contact for assigned customers and represents those accounts internally across all functions. The role builds mid-term account and category plans in line with company objectives and strategy, with the goal of winning market share against competition.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first and reliable point of contact for the customer, building professional and personal relationships with key decision makers and buyers to support adidas becoming the preferred supplier.
- Represent assigned accounts internally as an ambassador across all functions and help manage all interfaces.
- Study and understand assigned customers, their role and potential in the market and within adidas.
- Build and drive account and category mid-term plans in line with company objectives and strategy to win market share against competition.




- Plan, organise and manage sell-in campaigns, respecting timing and cut-offs, product access and seasonal targets.
- Analyse and drive order entry, sell-out and market share performance both online and offline, acting entrepreneurially to implement solutions and capture opportunities quickly.
- Visit customers regularly and monitor own brand execution and competitor presence and actions in stores and online to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.
- Monitor and explore the orderbook to identify actions and opportunities supporting sell-out and market share growth through reorder and clearance tools.
- Drive the digital development of accounts by continuously giving advice and assistance focused on elevating the success of the adidas brand on customers’ e-commerce.
