Serve as primary technical liaison between the engineering vendor partner and our client Build and maintain strategic relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Lead initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and service delivery excellence Systems Management & Strategy Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance programs for existing and new building systems Create detailed job plans and asset management protocols for optimal system performance Oversee operations, maintenance, and capital improvements for Life Safety, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Security, and Elevator systems Develop strategic preventive maintenance plans and system improvement initiatives Technical Operations Collaborate with Reliability Engineers and System Owner to optimize preventive maintenance scheduling and CMMS system efficiency Analyze equipment performance data and develop Emergency Response Action Plans (ERAP) for potential system failures Manage system upgrades and enhancements across Fire Systems, Utilities, and other critical infrastructure Oversee training programs to enhance team skills and operational knowledge Foster a collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement and professional growth Technical Expertise 5-8 years of facilities engineering and operations experience in mission-critical environments Professional qualification/certification in electrical,
