THE ROLE
For our manufacturing plant in Montecchio Maggiore (VI), employing more than 800 people, we are looking for an HR People Partner to join us on a fixed-term contract for maternity leave replacement.

The People Partner will support the business locally by partnering with managers and employees across a broad range of HR topics, including employee relations, labor relations, talent processes,



and the implementation of key HR programs.

Main Responsibilities
1. Employee Relations and Compliance

-
- Ensure the fair and consistent application of HR policies and practices in order to mitigate risk and promote a positive employee experience.
- Partner with Legal, Compliance, and HR Centers of Excellence to review and apply work-related procedures and address workplace concerns with integrity, empathy, and responsiveness.
- Act as a trusted advisor to people leaders on complex employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation.

2. Union and Works Council Relations

- Collaborate with union representatives and business leaders to ensure compliance with labor agreements, support the resolution of labor disputes, and contribute to labor negotiations.
- Provide guidance on contract interpretation while fostering constructive labor-management relation
