About The Role
You will act as the senior HR Business Partner for Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine Italy, partnering with the Managing Director and the Italian Leadership Team to translate business priorities into a focused people and organisation agenda. You will provide strategic counsel while ensuring disciplined execution across talent, organisation, culture, performance, and change. This is a hands‑on leadership role in a complex, highly regulated market.
