Internship Opportunity The intern will join the Analysis, IT Processes & Rankings Business Unit. The Unit brings together expertise in data management, analytics and IT processes to support decision-making and improve the effectiveness of the University’s services.

Its work includes developing IT processes and CRM systems for employer relations and career activities, collecting and analyzing data for international rankings, monitoring graduate employment outcomes, managing data flows to the Italian Ministry of University and Research (MUR), and supporting the planning and monitoring of the academic offering.

Working with a cross-functional team, you will gain insight into how a service-oriented University function uses data to understand graduate outcomes, improve processes and develop digital services. You will build practical skills in data collection, analysis, reporting and process innovation.

As an intern you will:





- Support the development and improvement of online services for students within ER&CS; initiatives, including analysis, benchmarking and the definition of project guidelines;
- Collect data and helping organise and maintain databases;
- Conduct ad hoc analyses to support activities and contributing insights to team discussions;
- Preparing and updating reports that present findings clearly and effectively.

Requirements

- Master’s Degree with an outstanding academic path.
- Fluency in English.
- Work/study/life experience abroad or in international/multicultural contexts (at least 6 months).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Soft skills: positive and enthusiastic with excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills; analytical and critical thinking; hands-on and problem-solving approach; customer orientation and adaptability to different stakeholders; ability to organize and manage work autonomously and on time; strong attention to detail.
