The intern will learn to work with multiple sources of field information, including warranty claims, DID and OTA data. The internship will also provide exposure to AI and big data analytics tools used to support these activities.
Responsibilities
Working alongside the Control Tower team, the intern will contribute to activities within an assigned scope (e.g., vehicle area, propulsion system or engineering entity), including:
- Collecting, reviewing and organizing field data related to safety, breakdowns and incidents;
- Supporting the identification and escalation of potential critical, recurring or media-sensitive issues;
- Assisting with the preliminary analysis of incoming issues, their prioritization and handover to the appropriate owner, and updating the database for known issues;
- Documenting activities in accordance with existing standards and ensuring traceability in the relevant IT systems (Palantir/Foundry, GIM/Altis/PLM);
- Exploring the use of AI and big data analytics tools for early issue detection and reporting.
