About the Role
The primary role of the Inhouse Sales Engineer is to increase customer engagement and drive upselling within an assigned account base through outbound sales.
The target is to expand sales of FlexLink products and solutions by building long-term customer relationships and growing customer engagement with innovative, cost-efficient solutions.
The main responsibilities for the position are the following:
- Execute outbound B2B sales activities to maximize customer engagement, upselling, and profitable growth within the assigned account base.
- Present FlexLink’s value proposition to help customers find the most innovative and cost-efficient solutions for their needs.
- Provide strong knowledge of FlexLink products, comprehensive services, and aftercare to grow customer engagement.
- Grow customer relationships and drive customer retention beyond traditional cold calling
- Maintain and update CRM systems accurately together with recurring reporting and account management activities.
- Demonstrate a pro-active, resilient, and result-oriented mindset while managing time effectively under pressure.
What You Need to Be Successful
- Bachelor’s degree in Languages, Economics or Marketing
- Communicate persuasively and fluently in Italian (French is a plus)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking, cross-functional environment.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
