OverviewAs a Customer Success Adoption Analyst in Siemens Grid Software, you drive the effective adoption of SaaS solutions for power distribution and grid management. You work closely with customers, CSMs, and project teams to redesign processes, enable change, and embed digital solutions into daily operations. You design adoption and communication plans, measure outcomes, and provide post-deployment support to maximize value. This role combines analytics, process optimization, and stakeholder engagement to deliver tangible business impact.

Responsabilità
- Analyze current and design future-state workflows aligned with objectives
- Conduct gap analyses and support process documentation and transition plans
- Develop and execute change management strategies to boost adoption
- Tailor stakeholder engagement and communications across audiences




- Create and manage customer communication plans throughout transformation
- Identify learning needs and coordinate role-based training and enablement materials
- Measure training effectiveness and iterate learning experiences
- Provide Hypercare support post-deployment as trusted advisor
- Monitor adoption trends, risks, and propose improvements to processes and portfolio
- Collaborate with CSMs and account teams to maximize solution utilization and ROI

Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- ≥3 years experience in Business Analysis, Customer Success, Adoption, or Change Management, preferably in energy sector xbvzest and SaaS deployments
- Strong understanding of distribution grid operations and IT/OT landscapes
- Ability to translate complex technical and process information into practical customer solutions
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stak
