We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking an English Speaking Generalist to work on a full-time basis. The role involves handling general support tasks and communications for a global platform. Tasks include assisting users with onboarding, troubleshooting, and general inquiries.
Provide clear and concise English language support to users via chat, email, or other communication channels. Assist users with account setup, verification, and general platform navigation. Maintain accurate records of interactions, transactions, and user feedback in the designated system.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalte and resolve complex user issues. Fluency in spoken and written English is required. Prior experience in customer support, generalist support, or administrative roles is preferred.
Familiarity with basic computer applications, including email, spreadsheets, and communication tools. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
