Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize build systems, toolchains, and automated workflows.
- Support developers in software integration, build troubleshooting, and release activities.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python and Shell scripting.
- Manage software packaging, release processes, and release notes.
- Experience in creating and maintaining custom Yocto layers, recipes, and BSP integrations.
- Familiarity with Linux distribution customization, package management, and root filesystem generation.
- Collaborate with development teams to improve software quality, testing, and deployment practices.
- Contribute to software configuration management and version control strategies.
Mandatory Requirements
- Experience in Embedded Linux environments.
- Experience with Python and Bash/Shell scripting.
- Experience with CMake and Conan 2.
- Knowledge of C++ (C++11 or newer) and object-oriented software development (for diagnostic purpose) .
- Knowledge of Git and collaborative development workflows.
- Familiarity with cross-compilation environments and embedded toolchains.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and DevOps practices.
- Experience with issue tracking and source code management tools (Jira, Bitbucket, GitHub, or similar).
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in software build automation and CI/CD environments
- Knowledge of Jenkins and pipeline development (Groovy)
- Experience with unit testing frameworks and test automation.
- Experience with release management and software delivery processes.
- Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker).
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
