We Are Looking For a Commercially Driven Distribution Manager To Grow Our PV And Energy Storage Business Across Italy And The Balkan Markets. Let's Dive Right In Develop and deliver regional distribution and go-to-market strategies for Italy and the Balkan markets. Build, manage, and expand strategic partnerships with distributors, key accounts, installers, and channel stakeholders.
Identify, onboard, and enable new distribution partners through joint business plans and sustainable growth strategies. Drive revenue, market share, profitability, and channel performance through focused commercial action. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, forecasts, inventory, and partner performance to identify opportunities and corrective actions.
Role All right, that was intriguing, wasn't it? You bring at least five years of experience in distribution sales, channel sales, key account management, or business development. You have experience in renewables, PV, ESS, power electronics, or a closely related technical industry.
You know how to develop trusted distributor networks and turn market opportunities into measurable business results. You combine strong commercial judgement with confidence in pricing, negotiations, promotions, and profitability management. You use market insights, sales data, CRM tools, and reporting to make clear and effective decisions.
You communicate in Italian and English at C1 level; a Balkan language at B2 level or above is a plus. Join Sungrow's Distribution Sales team and help shape the growth of clean-energy solutions across a diverse and high-potential region. You will work closely with product, service, finance, marketing, logistics, and regional teams to create meaningful value for our partners and customers.
This is a highly visible role with real ownership, international collaboration, and the opportunity to build strong market relationships in PV and energy storage. Frequent travel across Italy and the Balkan markets, up to approximately 80%, is part of the role. We are a green tech company with young creative minds.
