David Lloyd Clubs in Italy is seeking a People Assistant to join our team, delivering people and payroll services across all Italian clubs. You will manage payroll coordination, HR system data, and employee lifecycle activities, ensuring compliance with local law and GDPR.
This role requires 2–3 days per week on site at a club, with occasional travel to UK events. You’ll liaise with payroll and HR teams to keep accurate records and support employment processes.
