Overview As Country Manager, you will steer the Italian operations to align with the group’s profitability, client satisfaction, and long-term growth goals. You will shape regional strategy, manage P&L; and budgets, and lead a high-performance management team. You’ll liaise with Global HQ to apply global standards locally, driving expansion and strong stakeholder partnerships. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in entrepreneurial settings within a growing, international company.
Responsabilità Provide vision and guidance aligned to company goals and values emphasizing profitability and long-term growth
Formulate and implement growth-focused strategies leveraging regional presence and supply chain
Manage P&L;, budgets, financial performance and resource allocation




Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
Lead and mentor the management team to foster collaboration and high performance
Coordinate with Global HQ to deploy standards and best practices locally
Requisiti fondamentali Master in Engineering or Business Administration
proven leadership and results in entrepreneurial environments
