Business Growth and scalability
- Be full responsible for leading Sales, BD teams to overachieve the regional yearly financial budget
- Drive strategic business alliances with customer independently leading towards creation of large business opportunities in mid /long terms
- Manage and control all aspects of the region’s businesses, ensuring that customer is kept at center of all processes and dealings are ethical and fair.
- Achieving Sales target both top line and profitable margin
- Managing team and also cross functional team as well
Market Intelligence
- Responsible for staying up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity.
- Understand the competitive landscape and market trends
- Understand and effectively communicate the company's value prop, tech, process and current partnerships
- Work closely with colleagues on cross-territory opportunities and other internal teams on marketing materials and cause studies
- Build and promote strong long-lasting customer relationships by pertaining with them understanding their needs.
Credit Management & Cash flow
- Must ensure the business is as per organisation credit policy to ensure a healthy cash flow and minimize financial risk for the company
- Adherence to all internal processes in all areas specially linked to Credit Management
Stakeholder Management
- Create strong relationships with key client stakeholders at both senior and mid-management leve
