Responsibilities
Ensures the overall management of the construction site, including work teams, mechanical equipment, plants, and procurementMonitors site progress in terms of schedule, work execution, and budgetEnsures compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and project delivery timelinesManages subcontractors and suppliersProvides regular updates to the Project Manager on work progress and any critical issuesOrganizes periodic update meetings with the team and other technical staffPrepares periodic reports on work progress and budget to be presented to the Project ManagerRequirements: Degree in Civil/Geotechnical EngineeringKnowledge of technologies and work processes related to soil consolidation and foundation worksKnowledge of workplace safety regulationsGeotechnical skillsUnderstanding of Project Management principles and methodologiesBudget management skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteStrong communication skills and ability to manage work teams and external suppliersOrganization and site management skillsLeadership and proactivityFor this position,
the expected gross annual salary ranges from 75000 to 85000, determined based on experience, skills, and the level of responsibility associated with the role, in compliance with the XXXX National Collective Labour Agreement.
