At Digital Research Manager (DRM), we’re developing an intelligent, integrated Research Operating System designed to transform how scientists, research laboratories, universities, and research institutions manage their work.

Our vision is to bring research management, laboratory operations, scientific collaboration, data analysis, and AI-powered research intelligence into one connected ecosystem. We’re looking for passionate, entrepreneurial professionals who want to build something meaningful from the ground up.

We’re Seeking Expertise In:

1. Software Engineering & Full-Stack Development

- Software architecture and scalable web applications
- Full-stack development and modern web technologies
- Cloud infrastructure, APIs, and system integration

2. Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning

- AI-powered research tools and intelligent automation
- Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI integration
- AI agents, scientific workflows, and predictive analytics

3. Data Science & Scientific Computing

- Data analysis, visualization, and statistical modeling
- Scientific datasets and research analytics
- Bioinformatics,



biomedical data, or computational research (advantageous)
