Overview In this role you will advance clinical studies by leading on-site and remote monitoring, ensuring data integrity and site partnership. You will drive study ownership across multiple sponsors and therapeutic areas, with a focus on deeper study knowledge and strong site relationships in Italy. You’ll mentor less experienced CRAs and operate in a trusted, autonomous setup. This is an international, cross-functional environment with meaningful impact on clinical trial success.

Responsabilità

- Conduct and report on-site monitoring visits and remote visits
- Perform CRF review, source data verification and query resolution
- Manage site communications and relationships
- Participate in site identification
- Assist in training less experienced CRAs




- Lead assigned studies with ownership and cross-sponsor collaboration
- Support deeper study focus with fewer protocols in Italy

Requisiti fondamentali

- College/University degree in Life Sciences or equivalent
- Independent on-site monitoring experience in Italy
- Experience in Phase II and/or III monitoring visits
- Full working proficiency in English
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong planning, multitasking and teamwork abilities
- Excellent communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel and hold a valid driver’s license
