Aprigliano International Law Firm is a firm specializing in Italian citizenship by descent (jure sanguinis).
We assist clients from the United States, Canada, Australia, and other countries in navigating the legal process of obtaining Italian citizenship through their ancestral lineage. As part of our ongoing growth, we are seeking a Client relations specialist to join our team.
Role Overview The role serves as the primary point of contact for prospective clients.
In this role, you will conduct video consultations in English, present the firm's services, guide clients through the citizenship acquisition process, and coordinate with our legal team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct video consultations with prospective clients, primarily based in the United States, Canada, and Australia
- Present the firm's services professionally and accurately, helping clients understand the jure sanguinis process and the benefits of our approach
- Liaise daily with the legal team through the firm's digital platforms to ensure consistent service quality
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up to support clients throughout their application process

Working Hours
Our clients are primarily based in North America.
Candidates must therefore be available to work during North American business hours, which for Europe-based candidates corresponds to approximately 14:00–22:00 CET . Candidates based in North or South America are equally welcome to apply, and would be expected to work standard local business hours.
Requirements
- Native or near-native English proficiency; excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential
- University degree preferred
- Prior experience in service sales is considered a strong advantage
- Knowledge of Italian citizenship by descent or jure sanguinis legislation is a significant plus, though not required
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
