Description The task of the Brand Management Back-office Specialist is to support the Brand Manager in her/his activities and in managing the relation with the brands of the VW Group and the internal FS stakeholders.

Description The task of the Brand Management Back-office Specialist is to support the Brand Manager in her/his activities and in managing the relation with the brands of the VW Group and the internal FS stakeholders. Role and duty – core business The Brand Management Back-office Responsibilities Are Support the development and implementation of Financial campaigns, interacting with other offices for portfolio management products

• Configuration of the financial offer with a specific focus on the testing phase

• Preparation of the legal DISCLAIMERS for the advertised offers

• Follow the control phase and monitor the progress of campaigns





• Collect and analyze the needs of the Field Force regarding the offers in place Forecast analysis regarding the penetration rate on deliveries and incoming orders for channel and financial product

• Support on budgeting and spending analysis related to the campaign business

• Support the Brand Manager in the development and implementation of international and local projects / growth plans (e.g. GO2025 Plans, new model launches, etc.)

• Support the Brand Manager in preparing presentations and other relevant documentation used in meetings, etc. Reporting preparation and development (e.g.

General Business

Reporting).

Competences Bachelor

Degree

• Advanced capacity in business analysis

• Excellent knowledge of Excel and Power Point

• Knowledge of SAS System and Power BI as a plus

• Avaiable to business travelers Personal flairs Good relational and analytical skills

• Proactivity and problem solving attitude

• Focused on achieving the goal

• Stress management English required
