At Prysmian, Digital Culture is about more than technology, it is about enabling people to work smarter, collaborate better, and embrace innovation with confidence. As a Digital Culture Intern , you will support the global IT & Digital team in bringing this vision to life. This role is about support and contribution : helping to coordinate initiatives, prepare impactful content, and ensure that digital adoption and awareness programs reach and inspire colleagues worldwide. On a daily basis, you will:
- Assist in creating engaging content (newsletters, presentations, campaigns, intranet articles) that make digital topics accessible and exciting.
- Support the organization of training sessions and awareness events on Digital Innovations and new technologies (AI, IoT, Data, Copilot 365).
- Help map ongoing digital culture initiatives across regions to identify synergies and opportunities for collaboration.
- Liaise with HR and Internal Communications teams to ensure clear, consistent,



and engaging messaging.
