As our next Project Coordinator, you won’t just be managing tasks—you will be the driving force behind high-level business connections. You will dive into large data sets to identify, target, and attract top-tier global decision-makers, acting as the crucial bridge that brings executive-level relationships to life.
From spark to finish, you will also dive into the fast-paced world of event planning and execution. You’ll collaborate with clients, source stellar suppliers, and rally internal teams to deliver world-class events seamlessly, on time, and on budget. If you love seeing a project transition from an excel sheet to a high-profile live experience—and using post-event analysis to make the next one even bigger—this is your stage.
What You’ll Be Doing (The Impact):
- Own the Event Lifecycle: Mastermind the logistics and guest experiences for assigned projects,
driving them across the finish line on time and with absolute excellence.
- Hunt for Top Talent: Deep-dive into internal databases, LinkedIn, Google, and beyond to build powerful lead lists of target accounts and high-profile executives.
- Craft Compelling Campaigns: Write highly personalized, engaging email invitations that cut through the noise and capture the attention of busy industry leaders.
- Engage with Authority: Pick up the phone and confidently pitch to senior executives, using professional, persuasive communication to secure their attendance.
- Build an Elite Network: Source, pitch, and nurture relationships with industry experts, top speakers, and moderators to ensure our event content is unmatched.
- Strategize & Connect: Develop creative networking strategies to unlock face-to-face meetings with global heavyweights—think Chairmen, CEOs, and COOs.
