Yokohama TWS NA is seeking an IT Application Specialist/Analyst to design and implement IT solutions supporting Sales, Marketing, HR and Legal processes. You will work with IT and business teams to analyze requirements, manage projects, and ensure on‑time delivery.
The role requires a Master’s in Economics or Engineering, 5–7 years in a multinational setting, and strong CRM/ERP tool knowledge (Salesforce, MS Dynamics, SAP Hybris, Infor M3). Fluent English and SQL skills are essential.
