Eco Plus Solutions AB is hiring an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative for our Lisbon office. The role is on-site, full-time (40h/week) with rotating 8-hour shifts covering a 24/7 schedule.
You will handle calls, emails and live chat from Italian-speaking customers while recording detailed notes in the CRM system. You will diagnose issues, provide tailored solutions and strive to achieve CSAT, FCR and AHT targets.
