About the Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced, trustworthy, and highly responsible professional to take on the role of Amministratore Unico (Sole Director) in Valle d'Aosta, Italy.

This is a key corporate governance and legal representative position offering the opportunity to contribute to a long-term business development project.

The successful candidate will serve as the company's official legal representative in Italy, oversee administrative and operational matters, maintain strong relationships with local authorities and business partners, and ensure the effective implementation of ownership decisions.

This position requires candidates to be currently residing in the Valle d'Aosta region. Local presence and knowledge of the regional business environment are essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the company's official legal representative in Italy, exercising the authority and responsibilities associated with the Amministratore Unico position.
- Oversee and coordinate the company's administrative and operational activities.
- Represent the company before local authorities, public institutions, banks, and external stakeholders.
- Maintain effective relationships with accountants, legal advisors, suppliers, contractors, and business partners.
- Oversee corporate documentation, statutory filings, regulatory compliance, and administrative procedures in collaboration with professional advisors.
- Coordinate local business activities and ensure the effective implementation of ownership decisions.
- Serve as the main point of contact between the company's ownership and local stakeholders.
- Proactively identify, manage, and resolve administrative and operational matters.

Must-Have Qualifications & Competencies
- Current residence in Valle d'Aosta, Italy
- Proven experience in company administration,



general management, or a comparable leadership position.
- Strong knowledge of the Italian business, legal, regulatory, and administrative environment.
- Practical understanding of local administrative procedures and experience working with public institutions and external professional advisors.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently, make informed decisions, and take responsibility for outcomes.
- High level of integrity, discretion, reliability, and professional judgment.
- Sound understanding of business operations, financial management, and corporate governance.
- Fluent Italian and professional working proficiency in English.
- Willingness and eligibility to assume the legal responsibilities associated with the Amministratore Unico appointment.

Nice to Have

- Previous experience as an Amministratore Unico, Managing Director, General Manager, or legal representative of an Italian company.
- Established professional network in Valle d'Aosta, including local authorities, accountants, notaries, legal advisors, and service providers.
- Experience working with international shareholders or foreign-owned businesses.
- Background in real estate, hospitality, construction, or business development projects.
