This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Ad Sales Specialist - IngeniousPlex based in Italy.
This is a fully remote opportunity for an experienced media sales, digital advertising, or business development professional.
You will play a key role in driving advertising revenue and expanding relationships across the digital advertising ecosystem.
The role combines new business development, strategic partnerships, client relationship management, and revenue growth.
You will work with advertisers, media agencies, publishers, and AdTech platforms to identify and develop commercial opportunities.
Success in this position requires a strong understanding of programmatic advertising and the ability to turn market opportunities into measurable business results.

Accountabilities
- Drive advertising revenue through direct sales, programmatic partnerships, sponsorship opportunities, and branded content initiatives.
- Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with advertisers, media agencies, publishers, and AdTech platforms.
- Generate new business opportunities, manage the sales pipeline, and consistently work toward revenue targets.
- Lead commercial discussions, negotiate agreements, and convert qualified opportunities into successful partnerships.
- Develop customized media and advertising solutions aligned with client objectives and market needs.
- Strengthen existing client relationships and identify opportunities for long-term account growth and increased revenue.
- Monitor industry developments, competitive activity, and market trends to uncover new business and revenue opportunities
