Overview In this role you will lead rolling demand forecasts for UPS spare parts, consolidating data from global service teams to support supply plans. You will partner across supply chain, engineering, manufacturing, and service teams to secure parts availability and manage risks. You will monitor and improve forecast accuracy, service levels, and on-time delivery through KPI-driven analysis and corrective actions.

Responsabilità
- Develop and maintain rolling demand forecasts for spare parts using inputs from LSOs, installed base, failure rates, service contracts, and lifecycle changes.
- Collaborate with supply chain, engineering, product management, manufacturing, and service teams to ensure availability and manage supply risks.
- Monitor forecasting and supply performance with KPIs and dashboards; identify anomalies and drive corrective actions.
- Improve planning processes,
forecasting tools, ERP data quality, e-commerce platforms, and automation while adhering to HSE and integrity standards.
Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Supply Chain, Business, Engineering)
- 5+ years of experience in spare parts planning, demand forecasting, or service operations
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP), forecasting tools, Excel/BI, and e-commerce platforms
- Fluent in English; additional European languages a plus
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to develop and improve forecasting models
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-cultural communication
