About the RoleThe Delivery Director for the Vesper Build and Run pillar reports to the SVP, Engineering Delivery and owns delivery excellence across a portfolio of business-critical client programs delivered on and around the Vesper streaming platform. The role is the key delivery contact point for clients, leads technical and project governance teams globally, owns senior stakeholder relationships, and takes end-to-end oversight of programs from onboarding and build through to launch and run. Work is delivered on a shared platform, so the role balances individual client needs — launches, migrations, customisations, and live events — against a common Vesper product roadmap, working in lockstep with Product and Engineering. The portfolio spans multiple offices and time zones, requiring real-time triage and leadership of cross-functional teams across hemispheres.
