Role Overview Our Design department is scaling its AI visual production capabilities - and we're looking for a Senior AI Creative Designer who will produce high-quality visual creatives with the primary goal of improving conversion rates . We’re looking for a designer who is deeply engaged with the fast-moving AI landscape, proactively tests new tools, features, and approaches, and is driven to continuously improve how AI is used in day-to-day creative work.This role sits at the intersection of creative storytelling, generative AI, and performance marketing - creating visual assets that capture attention and convert cold traffic across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google, and landing pages: from static ads to lifestyle imagery and photorealistic human characters.
You will work closely with marketers, copywriters, media production, and video editors to produce assets that are photorealistic, visually compelling, and true to client product specifications.
