This is our callingLet’s Talk about the RoleIn this role, you will bridge the gap between daily corporate treasury operations and general accounting, with a focus on bank reconciliations, tax payments,
and payroll journal entries.The ideal candidate has strong expertise in SAP (FI module) and thrives in a fast-paced, multinational environment.Key Responsibilities:Treasury & Cash Management:* Manage daily bank reconciliations and clear open items across all corporate bank accounts using SAP.* Monitor incoming collections and process outgoing electronic payments via remote banking platforms.* Prepare, verify, and execute tax payments via F24 forms in compliance with Italian tax regulations.* Support cash flow forecasting and monitor daily liquidity positions.* Maintain relations with banking partners and manage bank documentation/signature mandates.Accounting & Month-End Closing:* Perform monthly reconciliations and balancing for payroll-related general ledger accounts (stipendi e contributi).* Ensure accurate accounting of withholding taxes, social security contributions, and local/corporate taxes.* Prepare and post journal entries re
