In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Support the planning, coordination, and logistical preparation of field service activities at customer sites.
- Assist in the preparation, management, and maintenance of safety‑related documentation, including Operational Safety Plans and other required records.
- Support service completion reporting, administrative follow‑up activities, and invoicing processes.




- Maintain and update reports, databases, and operational records using Microsoft Excel and other business tools.
- Collaborate with Field Service, Operations, and other internal teams to help ensure effective scheduling and execution of service activities.
- Contribute to process improvements by identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, data accuracy, and operational effectiveness. Ensure documentation is maintained accurately and in accordance with company policies and customer requirements.
